Costela Assada - Beef Rib Roast

Jantar de quarta-feira a noite. Pena que nao me lembrei de "arrumar" o arroz pra tirar foto hehe Ficou muito bom. E simples de fazer. Manteiga, azeite de oliva, sal e pimenta. Para acompanhar, batata, cenoura e cebola. O vinho, um cabernet sauvignon Yalumba, safra de 2008 (South Australia).
